DREAMGIRLS on Oprah
  Today the cast of DREAMGIRLS will be taping their episode of Oprah. Hopefully, we'll get some kind of summary of what went down. I'm hearing that Oprah loves the movie which is great and can only help in increasing the buzz for the film. Also, there is a nice writeup on E-online about Jennifer Hudson. post a commentI was at the Oprah taping today. In addition we got to see a preview of Dreamgirls last night. It was WONDERFUL! The singing is phenomenal especially Jennifer Hudson. WOW!! Beyonce, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, Eddie Murphy and Anika Noni Rose were all there. Beyonce performed one song at the end of the show. There was no Oprah after the show unfortunately.
That's great. I'm glad you had a good time. Did they say anything about when the episode would air?

The cast LOVED doing this movie. Oprah LOVES this movie. She kept telling people to buy their tickets now for the Christmas day opening. Jamie Foxx said he would have done this movie for only 25 cents. Beyonce was thrilled to be in the movie - she was the first one cast. Jennifer Hudson was chosen from almost 800 people for her role. Eddie Murphy loved doing it too since it was so different from other movies he's done.
Ughh, I'm upset I missed this.
