Why wouldn't it be? I'm not sure of the international release dates but I don't see why they wouldn't have the special edition available for everyone. If not, I'm sure there are other ways you can get it.

if u look at the girls waist upwards it loox exactly like the outfits the use for the title song "dreamgirls" but if u look waist downwards it loox exactly like the outfits the use for "steppin to the badside"..................i think its a bit cheesy and they could of done better than edit the pix like that!!........I mean com'n its 75 million dollar movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!
