I have not seen this particular picture before, there is a similar one where she is looking at Curtis(below). Both pictures are posted at Beyonce's official website which just went live. She has new promo pictures from her album and a bunch of DREAMGRILS photos. In addition, there are lyrics to all the songs off the upcoming album including Listen from the DREAMGIRLS soundtrack.
